Additional Charges

Airport surcharge
Any vehicle that is required at an airport location other than any vehicle delivered from an airport will incur a surcharge of 10% on the net rental charge for the entire rental duration.

Mileage
2800 miles allowance per 28 day period. An excess mileage charge of 10p per mile thereafter is applicable.

Abortive Charges
In the event of a vehicle not being available for collection a £30.00 charge will apply for each failed collection.

Fuel
Vehicles will be supplied full from the point of delivery location and should be refueled at the point of collection. The cost of refueling will be charged at 99p per litre + vat. Fuel charges are subject to change without prior notice.

Registration Road Fund Recovery
An additional charge of 95p will be added to each days hire and represents the ‘registration and road fund tax recovery fee’. This fee is subject to vat and will be shown separately on your invoice as RECFEE.
